S.E.E. Talk at Sanctuary Evangelistic Church

On March 11, 2020, Sanctuary Evangelistic Church hosted the S.E.E. Talk in North Tulsa, a community forum focused on addressing the critical issues surrounding mental health within the North Tulsa community.

The discussion highlighted strategies for managing mental health more effectively while also confronting the myths and biases that continue to persist around this critical issue. Latia Parker, a licensed therapist with extensive experience working within the community, spoke on the unique mental health challenges individuals in North Tulsa faced and shared insights on navigating these issues within the cultural context. Her perspective emphasized the importance of mental health awareness and the need to break the stigma surrounding mental health in our community.
